The Single Cylinder Diesel Engine Will Automatically Shut Down After One Use.

2024-9-21 Knowledge

Why does the newly bought machine automatically shut down after using it for a while? Some customers always ask this question. Today, I will explain it to you. Generally speaking, it is the insufficient oil supply in the oil circuit that causes the flameout. There are several aspects: 1: First replace the injector. The gas in the cylinder will enter the oil circuit due to the unqualified injector, and the flameout will occur when the fuel supply accumulates.

Remove the marked fixing screws to take out the injector. When the white screws are loosened, there may be bubbles, which is the backflow of gas in the cylinder.

Replace the injector with one of the corresponding model, and be careful not to let the copper pad fall off during installation.

The copper pad cannot be separated or fall off, otherwise it will easily cause pressure leakage and failure to start

2: Check whether the oil pipeline is cracked or loose, causing air mixing.

The oil pipeline shown should be carefully checked for looseness, cracks, and oil leakage.

3: The air hole in the fuel tank cap is blocked, causing negative pressure in the tank and the diesel cannot flow down smoothly.

After the cover is tightened, the edge A of the cushion does not rise normally and is not connected to the air hole B

Standard air hole pattern

The above picture shows the standard air hole style. Another situation is the reason for the poor air intake system.
